90+ minutes for a simple detail. Watched 6 staffers stand around laughing and joking while my car sat waiting for ten full minutes. Inquired with the front desk who eventually took a walk to check and then he just sat back down without saying a word to me. He later told me he thought I would figure it out when my car finally emerged. Very unprofessional. My go to place if I want my car to look amazing inside and out. I had a McLaren 720S for a couple of years and they lovingly hand washed it. It’s my regular spot for getting my Tesla S looking new, especially the interior.
Kris and crew did a great job detailing our two vehicles recently. The cars are 6 and 20 years old but after their spa treatment they look almost as good as new. I recommend getting the engine shampoo to complete the treatment. Thanks for the great work!
