Visited car pool today and was not very pleased with the service I received. And my inspector Trent Sargent who was all about getting a good Google review did not do an excellent job. Especially considering that I spent $40 plus tip. 1) I paid $6.00 for a single piece mat cleaning and they did not remove the rear seat mat and clean it 2) Both sides of the truck on the doors and quarter panels had debris on them that came off easily with a little glass cleaner and rubbing with a soft cloth. I would give negative stars if I could, Car Pool Short Pump scratched my car up terrible all over the fenders and hood. See the attached pictures. I highly advise no one to ever bring their vehicle o car pool car washes and trust them with their vehicles cosmetics. When I brought the damage up that occurred to my newly painted car I was met with a great deal of hostility and was told there was absolutely no way their machine or their employees could have caused scratches on my hood and fenders! RecommendedVery good cleaning my car
I’ve been coming here for a long time. The ways are good about 80% of the time. I returned because of the discounts given for frequent visits and because I could get a good exterior wash for under $20. Now the prices are $22 and up and given the lack of perfection with the washes, that becomes unreasonable in my book.
Good hard working Crew, got my SUV clean and shiny in and out.
Awesome and consistent. They do a great job every time and have various packages and prices to fit every level or dirty and budget.
Fast and convenient a little pricy but worth every penny
