If I could give this business zero stars I would. We sold our vehicle through motorway, and Car Plug MCR was the winning garage. We tried for 5 days to get hold of the dealership, ignored emails and even ignored calls directly from motorway whilst we were on hold. Eventually we cancelled the sale and lost even more money due to having to re sell the vehicle. My suggestion to car plug mcr "Read the SLAs" if your bidding on vehicles, your not only wasting peoples time but your costing people money!!!!!

We purchased a car from this dealership in May, and while the buying experience itself was smooth and the staff were friendly during the sale, the after-sales service has been a real letdown. Adi was such a genuine and welcoming person – we felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. We purchased a beautiful car and, although a few issues came up (entirely beyond their control), the communication was excellent throughout. They went above and beyond by promptly covering the repair costs, which we truly appreciate. Outstanding service and highly recommended.
