Over the past 30 years of purchasing products the staff are very helpful and prompt with getting your item's. One thing to remember if it's a special order there are no exchanges or refunds inwhich i learned this week. So make sure you order correctly. The prices are reasonably cheeper then the competitor's and the boys there are awesome with a friendly smile. Mike
