I purchased an engine/motor for my truck and they sent me the wrong motor. They sent me a short block engine. Although they state they have a 1 year warranty , No One will answer my calls or emails to make this wrong - right... No response from Chris, Christina nor Mike. I would appreciate someone in upper management reaching out to me and making this transaction right. To not acknowledge a customer when you made an error is all sorts of unprofessional and just disheartening.

This place is a complete scam.. After I paid them for the engine, they would no longer reply to my emails and would not answer phone calls. I sadly did not do enough research on them before doing business with them. Don’t fall for these FAKE google reviews. Look them up on the BBB...

As soon as I spoke with this company, I was immediately given relaxing, and friendly customer service and a much better price for a used motor than my dealer quoted me. To make a long story short Mr. John was patient in the chaos I was going through before I ordered the engine on 03/2/2020. I picked up my car from the dealer last week and everything is just as described. Perfect! I will definitely praise this business to everyone I know. This has saved my family hundreds of dollars.
