Well what can I say I placed an order on 27/12/23 of £66.03 I had an email confirming my order but nothing since. 3 emails later nothing. 3 phone calls later with no answer just rings out. Well it's a poor show from a company that's well advertised on Google. I would expect some form of communication from the sales department at least an 1 email of acknowledgement. Dreadful, where is my order, how hard is it to box and send something. I'm off to trading standards. I want my item or my money. This is theft and why do Google even let this company advertise
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT do business with this "company" "Fred in a shed" springs to mind, but that would be doing "fred" a disservice. Ordered stuff from them, that never arrived, numerous phone calls/emails later, no responce. Please, please, please go elsewhere for whatever you need, even if its more expensive, you'll be GLAD YOU DID......
Never received my 3 tins of body filler nor a refund had to contact them via a Facebook WhatsApp which I found. Left phone messages, emailed, texted got no replies nothing so I'm having to go to my bank to recover my monies because I paid with my credit card. Do not order anything from this company. They just take your money. I wish I had read the reviews first.
