I had an excellent experience here at car one. Felix was extremely friendly and easy to work with, and the most outgoing and reliable salesman I have ever met. He scanned the car I was looking at to make sure it had no problems, showed me the carfax, and had it pulled out and ready when I arrived. In the end I got a great deal on an excellent car and I’ll definitely be referring friends back to them. Great little business and very kind people.
Avoid this predatory dealership at all costs. I never write bad reviews, but if it saves someone else from a $6k+ loss like mine then it’s worth it. They sold me an 08 Subaru for $5,500 down payment - my early birthday gift to myself - that broke down two days later and is in need of a $2k transmission-related repair. Here’s the kicker - the part that is needed is on national backorder with no eta. So who knows when or if it will ever come.
