Great service and away from the mess of people that swarm the on-airport rental cars. We'll worth the short shuttle ride
Convenient place to pick up a car if arriving at Honolulu Airport.
Picked up a car here yesterday. Was sent to the wrong agency, but Tosh got me in a car. Had to return it today and the shuttle driver took me directly to the other agency. Awesome customer service.
Coming from the waikiki area, take nimitz off of H1-west, then make a left on Paeia street and make a left at the dead end onto Aoiele. Don't follow the "rental car return" signs!

Them bringing out the rental is a pretty slow process; prepare to wait.
Don't rent a Fiat 500. Nice small size & doesn't use much gas are the only good things I can say about this ridiculous car. A skateboard is more fun to drive.
Great service with lots of choices. Would definitely use then on my next trip.
If you strictly follow the airport's "Rental Car Return" signs, they will take you past the real return point. Look for the Enterprise building, and just aim towards it.
