They get the work done. Very happy with them.
I lost cover and mirror of the right side mirror, Matt did a great job of getting the parts from Toyota and replaced it expeditiously, whereas a dealer claimed I had to replace the entire unit and that would cost a lot more.
Honest, thorough and all good routine maintenance and highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience at Car Nerds (worked with Matt). I called multiple bodyshops and auto shops and no-one was able to assist with what I needed. I had a broken sunroof button that was making it so I was unable to close my sunroof all the way. I was able to come in same day for them to look at the car, and they called me within hours with a solution.
