Matt's customer service is beyond top notch! Extremely fast and professional
Was having an issue with my truck bed latch. Initial dealer estimate I was quoted was $850. I came to Car Nerds for a second opinion. They told me to come through and ten minutes later, the issue of a loose screw was identified and resolved. Finding an honest place such as this is rare. I will definitely be coming here for all of my future maintenance needs.
My car felt noticeably more powerful than when I dropped it off. Car Nerds is also next to a bus line so it’s convenient to get around while your car is being worked on.
Just brought my car in for zero headlights thinking it’s a blown fuse, nope, the bulb just went out at the same time. Got my oil change and tire rotation while I was here. Everything turned out perfectly and when I brought my car back because it was wobbly, Matt didn’t laugh at me or dismiss my concern. He was nice enough to drive my car around the block and let me know it was my tire rotation! Will be back next time for another car service! Thank you for all of your help!
