Well first of all the sales team called me...once they changed to house of cars.....told me bunch of sales talk ...did a credit check with out my autheration...then when I got mad about it...same old we can help.and all that ...I don't think there finance guy knows what he is doing ...worst ever experience...told me at the end of it they could not help. Went to automaxx the following week..had a car that day......don't fall into there trap...not good people to deal with.
Couldn't get a hold of anyone ,disappointed
This company contacted me WITHOUT my permission in order to attempt to sell me a car. They had my phone number, my address, how long I had lived there, my phone number, my email address, and my date of birth. They also knew where I work, how much I make a month, and how long I had been making that wage. I repeat, I never contacted them or gave them this information.
