They really took the time to listen to what I needed without making me feel pressured into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. The whole process was clear and straightforward, and I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice before I drove off the lot.
People are great, they go above and beyond to help you regarding your situation, until it's time to make a payment, I use tap to pay for a majority of things and sadly car-mart does not have tap to pay. BIG inconvenience, so I'm instructed to pay online, ok great, but for some reason it shows I don't have current insurance and instead of being allowed to upload verification it tells me to go to local business. Where i STILL won't be able to tap to pay my payment! VERY frustrating, especially when I have a sick granddaughter ... read more
