Don’t waste your time or money going to this scandalous guy. MARIO is very rude and doesn’t let you speak. He will talk over you then hang up on you. Probably does this to ONLY FEMALES!!! Just want your money but won’t do his part, will give you the run around. I will be taking him to court!!!!!
If I could give this guy a zero, I definitely would. He had my daughter's truck for over a month! We picked it up on TWO separate occasions, only to have to take it back the SAME DAY because it wasn't fixed. My husband called once to check the status of the truck, he was EXTREMELY rude and told my husband not to rush him! That's after he had had the truck for almost a month at that time! I a Seasoned woman referred a young lady to this shop whom my experience with Mario (the owner) was pretty Unclear, but I had hope that this man of color was in business doing the right things. My story was short & simple. He tol me he would have to hold my vehicle for 2weeks(I didn’t agree) he said to me “well I will see your car when you are towing it to me from the side of the road). Wish I could give a zero! He was suppose to fixed truck and he made it seriously worse. Wires and hoses were crossed and put on wrong. His attitude is extremely unprofessional and there is absolutely no accountability or empathy for damage that has been caused by his incompetence. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!
0/10 He lies about fixing parts & when you ask him about the situation, He has the nastiest attitude about inconveniencing your money, vehicle and time. I highly doubt not recommend.
