Very professional and very communicative
I had a very disappointing experience with Car Mart Peterborough. They sold me a vehicle that developed multiple faults shortly after purchase, including a major mechanical issue that should have been identified before the sale. Despite raising these problems early on, the level of aftercare and communication was appalling. Emails and messages were ignored, and there was no real effort to resolve the situation.
