We felt like we got a fair deal on our vehicle at the time of purchase, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. The dealership agreed to repair a headlight before or shortly after the sale. About 10 days after we purchased the car, an alert came on, and since then we’ve been consistent in communicating with the dealership about both the warning alerts and the promised headlight repair. Just bought my second car here. Saif is amazing to work with. Very fair prices, not pushy and up front about every car. The first car we bought here we owned for 5 years and had never been in the shop once other than routine maintenance.
