The worst car wash in the Valley! Washers are always broken and they refuse to refund the $. I went this morning and after 10 seconds of the washers going, they stopped and the dryer starts. I told the gentleman working and he asked “Do you think we should pay for you to go again?”. Just wow! Horrible customer service! 0 Stars
Went there today, $15 down the drain. My car was just as dirty coming out as going in. I spent 20 or more minutes scrubbing with the 2 towels they allow you to dry the carti try and get some of the dirt off. The windshield is nasty with bugs and I couldn't reach it to try and scrub them off. There were chemicals on my car in places that I had to wipe off. I took my car here in October, and it came out dirtier than it went in, top to bottom. I had to take it elsewhere and re-wash it. I contacted Car Lovers, and they said it was an equipment malfunction and that they'd refund me; they also offered me a code for a free $15 wash. The refund never came, so I followed up and got another promise of one, but it's been another two weeks and nothing.
