The people here are very nice and no appointment need it. They change my tire very quick and is cheaper than other places. Really recommend it.
First of all Carlos is a rude and abrupt, I took my old Honda civic for a small repair and he couldn’t communicate there was more issues going on and decide to do the repair and unadjusted another part I called him to get insight and he was very arrogant and rude no way to treat customers. He’s overpriced and arrogant , before you come into his very small shop do your research and find a way better “mechanic”.
The problem is that I only intended to pay $80 for a four-wheel alignment, which was the price we explicitly agreed upon this morning. I specifically stated that this was my sole purpose and only had $80 cash on hand. However, after your inspection, you informed me the vehicle required two new tires, front/rear brake pads, and an alignment totaling $700.
