I have complete confidence in the accuracy of the diagnostic process and the implementation of agreed works which have had 100% positive outcomes so far. All costs were agreed ahead of time and issues that cropped up were communicated clearly and the quote was amended appropriately. This experience has been one of the most positive in the 35 years or so of owning and servicing cars. Highly recommend.
