I had an excellent experience and customer service with Jake. I was hesitant, and somewhat of a difficult customer - changing my mind on decisions and indecisive. Jake answered every question I asked with honesty and knowledge, he pointed out any common issues/servicing with the car I was looking at and was patient throughout the entire process. Bought an Audi RS3 from Jake at Car Kingdom Southend back in March, and unfortunately the engine failed the very next day. From that moment on, Jake handled the situation extremely professionally and did absolutely everything he could to get the car repaired. Wasting of time. I was looking to buy Hyundai i30, one of the guy brought the car at the train station hot engine, battery flat, this stops me to buy this car. I wouldn't recommend them.
