Mr. Craig is a man of his word! I bought a 2005 Mercendez Benz from him a few months back, and at that time he expressed his appreciation of my prior military service and he told me "if anything goes wrong or I need anything let me know and Ill make it right" I am sure he regretted those words, but it is people like this that are a true testament on how to treat your customers with honesty and kindness.
