Don't deal with this company. No Customer service at all. They don't care about customers or delivering a finished product. On Jan. 29, 2025 I went to CKE to meet up with employee Raul Lora. This is the fourth time I've had Car Key Express make a key for me. Other times had minor problems but ok. I asked Raul if it would be cheaper to wait and get it make at Costco when CKE was there next month. He said no same price plus they didn't have latest key machine for 2022 Honda's. Terrible. I bought a replacement key from Car Keys Express for our Lexus just to have a spare...sent them the images they requested and then received the key. Inserting the key into our Lexus not only disabled the car, it also meant we had to have it towed to the dealership and then we were told that due to the damage that had been done, we'd need a whole new ignition switch AND a new set of keys. This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered 2 keys through one of their representatives. I was shipped the wrong keys. Fought like hell to get them to agree to take the keys back. They sent me a pre-paid label via Stamps.com. Shipped the keys back and after waiting 2 months, no refund came. I called the company and was told they need a tracking number before they issue a refund. When I went back to Stamps.com to find their email, it was gone. The label had expired. If I could give them zero stars, I would. It took three techs to tell me they didn't have a compatible fob for my car and in the process, one of them messed up the code so badly that my once electric door locks are now manual. The franchise owner told me I could get a $20 part from Advance Auto Parts and fix it. He said my door locks didn't work when I brought it in. Worse experience ever! Not only did they send an inexperienced tech, after 4 hours, he couldn't make the key and activated the anti-theft mechanism. I had to to leave my car and catch a ride home! Customer service rep said he would take care of it. Never called back and it's been 2 months. They SUCK!
