Exceptional customer service
Great experience with Car Keys Express. Went to their Louisville, KY retail location in need of a new battery key fob for my Mercedes GLE 350 and the lady at the front desk was amazing as she replaced my key fob battery with ease. I highly recommend this company.
Deon is horrible. 1star is too much credit. I purchased a vehicle from a dealer that they have a contract with to service keys. He don’t keep appointments. The worst was when I called on multiple occasions to setup a time he then told me “ your key situation is not my problem “. Definitely recommend that dealer and others to find someone else!
