Different technicians different prices, they changed the time of the appointment like two times and when i called back to ask them why the prices were changing when they hadn’t even looked at my car they just hung up on me. I don’t mind paying whatever i have to pay, just don’t take advantage of people. If i could give it zero stars i would. And i never leave a review specially not a bad one.
When I tried to asking a question I think she said she couldn't help me and hang up on me. I think that was horrible customer service. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Called to try and get my key cut and the lady I spoke to was rude "saying we don't do those" in an unprofessional tone when I literally spoke to a gentleman 5mins prior saying it would cost a certain price.
