Charged $200 for a quick car unlock — tried to ask for $300+. Total rip-off. Standard rate is $80–$120. Be careful and ask price first.

Terrible service! I was stuck with my wife and 3-year-old baby, and the experience was a nightmare. I called the office 3-4 times, and each time, they said they would send someone, but no one came. Eventually, one person called and said he would arrive in an hour. After waiting another hour, I called him, and he casually told me he forgot! This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when a family with a small child is involved. Do not rely on this company—they’re completely unreliable!”

I rang them on a Monday around 11am and they took my address and phone number and said a technician would be in touch shortly but 1 week on I’m still waiting for them to call
