At first we were very satisfied with Jose. It the following months he made promises to get us or paper work and plate for the vehicle and then ghosted us forever. We attempted to reach out dozens of times with no return call. Bad business.
I bought a car there today. They were Amazing. I had a tight budget with insurance money from a recent accident. They set me up with an Awesome ride. I'd refer them to anybody.
UPDATE: The car was purchased on 10/18/24. As of today, 3/12/25, my car was diagnosed with a bad transmission. The issue started around one month after purchase. The dealership is impossible to reach by phone and they are appointment only so I can't just go there to try and address this. Despite their previous replies to others stating they inspect the vehicles, I have doubt that a proper inspection was completed or believe they may have withheld information about the condition of the vehicle. The buying experience overall was smooth. That was the only positive part of my experience. As soon as I drove off the lot, the problems started. I went to the gas station across the street and locked my car and when I came back to unlock it, the key would not unlock the door(it's an older car so there is no key fob).. I had to call the dealership and have them come get the door open.
