Unfortunately, my experience with this insurance agent, Beth, has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, her approach has been rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. When I decided to cancel my policy due to her poor customer service and lack of follow-through, she made the process unnecessarily difficult. I CALLED FOR A QUOTE AND AFTER I GOT ONE IT WAS TWICE AS HIGH AS THE LAST ERIE AGENT I TALKED TO. IM GLAD THOUGH, THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY NASTY. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I WOULD RATHER FIND OUT NOW THAN TO HAVE DEALT WITH THEM.
