On 16 July, I purchased a 2022 Mercedes CLA from Car Hub London as a cash buyer. From start to finish, the experience was unprofessional, disorganised, and unnecessarily stressful. Avoid!!!!! We rung last week to buy an range rover, Ricky sorted the finance, said it had been accepted and would send the e sign. He never sent it after ringing him numerous times, everytime he said he'd send it. We then chased again the next day and he said we could pick the car up Saturday, then changed it and said he was busy Saturday and said they'd call us monday/Tuesday to collect.
