Great services and great people to deal with. However... I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle I purchased from Car Guys. Started off with the blower motor failing in the winter a day after I got the car in my possession. They Fixed it as soon as possible. After that, my check engine light came on and off about 2 weeks after purchase. Turns out it was a camshaft timing sensor. It could be a $100 fix or a $3000 fix. Had a nice web conversation with one of their associates. Surely I had a low offer place however he was completely unprofessional. This place will never be getting my patronage and I hope everyone thinks twice before entering this establishment or maybe just don't ask for John Nguyen.
These guys are the bomb. Fantastic customer service. Salesmen are super friendly and not pushy or stuck up lol, willing to work with you and your budget. My boyfriend was really happy with his trade up, they helped make the transition so easy for us both, ultimately, don't go anywhere else unless you want a poor experience as the car guys will deffinatly make your day and give you the best experience possible. Thanks again!
