Was able to get my crx towed to a shop an hour after I called, the price was very reasonable and the driver was incredibly helpful
Reviews could be very misleading. Long Post detailing my experience — So while I was driving my way back home from NJ, I met with an incident and got 2 flat tires.. It was around 4 pm and didn’t know what to do. Through my insurance I got connected with the Car Guys, they sent a tow truck pretty quick and inspected my car upon arriving to their shop. Had a great experience with Car guys. I am a regional team manager, and we have over 24 trucks I have been looking for a reliable tow company for over a year and have finally found them. Not only did they go above and beyond for us but they also did not overcharge.
Shady business run by a bunch of thugs. They lie about car repairs and do more damage to your car to try and lure you back in for more repairs. Look elsewhere to get your car serviced. Reply: Way to make assumptions about who I actually am, really goes to show your integrity as a business. Let your mediocre review score and grammar speak to potential customers about whether or not they should bring their car to your business. Called for towing a car off private property. They were eager to help and arrived in a timely manner. I really appreciate their service and will be reaching out again if this incident happens in the future.
