Strongly recommend Car Guys service department. They do a good job and when something isn't right they make sure the problem is solved. Worked with me when a repair was going to take longer than expected to make sure my family wasn't inconvenienced. Shoot straight and are honest and upfront. We take both our vehicles for maintenance and service and will continue to do so.
Both CarGuys and Budget Auto were 5 stars in my eyes, until our most recent encounter. They have both gone from 5 to 1. My fiance and I bought our SUV there just before Covid hit. Good vehicle, no issues with purchase. We had a hitch written into our lease to be put on after the sale as the part needed to be ordered. Covid hit and everything shut down.
