No Service. I called, (while the guy yells in my ear) got a quote, gave my address, made an appointment, they gave me a time frame of 12-3pm when they could come to me. No one showed up. 3:30 I call but the office closed at 2pm, even tho the guy I spoke to said he’d contact me to let me when they were on their way (idk how you can do that if you’re closed). I got no service. They just completely lied to me. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Called 4 a Qoute and the guy hanged up on me showing absolute disrespect you can't get new customers like that..
Pros: - Cheaper than other places ($177 for the window repair including tax) - Will fix mistakes made by them - Will come to you for no extra charge nearly anywhere - Won't charge until the job is done - Available to work fairly quickly Cons: - Customer service aspect could use some work, very little follow up on repairs and payment - They may make a mistake the first time around - May show up late or not at all My experience with this company was overall okay.
