I purchased a 2014 Cadillac. There was an issue with the seal in the trunk they replaced it and everything was fine with it. However in the first 30 days the air conditioning had a problem where it was blowing cold air on the driver side and hot air on the passenger side. This place is awful so not buy a car from here.They gave me a car and when i got home it didn't start again. Then they "fixed the problem" and Gave it back and it still don't work. They took it four times to fix it and the problem keep happening. We tried to get out money back and they told me they can't refund me. Lawyers had to get involved and its still pending.
This place is a big disappointment. I purchased a Range Rover with the promise the warranty was going to cover any issues the truck had . Not only that they don’t properly service any vehicles the sale and once u sign on the line they don’t care BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Andre and James were very helpful and had great customer service. Very welcoming and got us a good deal . They were very patient with us and the process and their other customers.
