Wonderful experience. My 12 year old car looks brand new after the great interior detailing job. Communication of arrival time was super. Excellent customer service and my technician Carl could not have been nicer or down a better job!
My technician, Carl, did a phenomenal job on the two vehicles he cleaned for our company. He steamed cleaned the seats and they look brand new. The remainder of the interior was also spotless. Highly recommend!
This service was an absolute disappointment. They initially wanted me to pay before services which is a red flag. I declined and they stated it was not a requirement, why ask that if it’s not. I specifically asked for a service to remove a smell out of my car , from a spilled protein shake which would require I would assume shampooing the seats , this did not happen..
