I was advised my car was at their Edmonton office. The receptionist asked if I’d like to pick the car up that day (May 14) and I said yes. She said that she was informed the car was there and she’d be there at 5 so I left work early and arranged a ride. This company has some very dangerous drivers and have no problem putting other drivers in danger. I’ve witnessed it personally. Scary!!
Had my new vehicle shipped out from ON using this company. I looked over the vehicle and noticed some scratches by the door handle and mentioned that to the girl. Drove 1.5 hours back home and my husband looked over the car and noticed a spot I missed in the rubber trim that had been damaged. I texted the girl who I had been in contact with originally and she said she would pass it along to the person who is in charge of damages.
