All 5-star reviews - with good reason! We were traveling from MO to WNC and picked up a nail in a back tire. We called CarFix in Crossville, TN and they got us in promptly and quickly repaired the tire AT NO COST to us! The staff was also extremely professional and courteous. As far as I'm concerned, that's exceptional customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
