So how guys are experiencing bad trouble from these guys I am too don’t go here they be trynna hurry up and quick to get a payment don’t care about what’s going on so when you guys are rude to your customers you will only be able to contact me through the dealer ship and I’m not gonna spare nobody over that phone. Really a shady car company for payments be careful too they will try and throw extra prices at you and you just know you paid for your car payment
I’ve surrendered the vehicle over a month ago. They still haven’t picked it up. It doesn’t run due to major engine failure so it’s undrivable. But getting in touch with them about picking up the vehicle and the picking it up has been a nightmare! I’m definitely looking into getting a lawyer involved at this point. I never missed a payment for 2 years and this is how they treat people… definitely do not recommend.
Stay far away from this place they want that car that bad it's a 2007 Lincoln Town car when I first bought the car from shalash auto sales it was4995 and it a different financial institution like 6 months later I ended up with car financial and all of I am paying 10,000 dollars only had 1300 to go I don't know but I have attorney check out the contract and everything because I was checking the signature and it's not mine and even the contract doesn't match up 3 years been paying on this vehicle and right before Christmas you... read more
