Scam company. I wish I could give negative stars. Sold us a 2011 GMC Terrain and nothing but a money pit. Thought we had warranty, 1 yr unlimited kms only to find it was capped at $1000 per claim. What a joke. The engine went. Now we have a useless car. Very unhappy.Â

I am writing this on behalf of a woman who has been taken advantage of by Car Farmers in the service department and also who is not helping with their financing partner by getting her a call back in order to pay her loan off. Instead of helping, they have blocked us on social media when we asked for help. Leave the phone sitting off the hook after telling us to wait. They also told her they would fix the "fix engine light" that randomly went on when she came to pick up the car. It's been over 6 months and no help whatsoever.... read more
We were referred by a local family in Drumheller about their product and services, it was hard at first to get a hold of them since the sales is only open Tue to Sat however their Auto Service is available Monday to Friday. We purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey Van the service and respect we received was exceptional, we received the vehicle a day earlier than expected (yes free delivery from Strathmore to Drumheller). Don't buy a vehicle here. Wheel fell off a vehicle as we were test driving as the lug nuts had been removed and no one noticed. They didn't care much. Ended up buying a nice vehicle from them in the end though. They delivered as there was a few things we noticed that they said they would fix before, which was nice. Got the vehicle, the item they promised to fix did not get done and the radio/navigation system would no longer work for more than a minute before shutting off, though it worked with no issues during the test driv... read more
