DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR A JOB. I had an appointment with them a week ago we scheduled the time and they never showed up. I called them they said they were in white hall give them a moment. I gave them 2 hours and they never showed up. Disgusting behavior and very much not a paper chaser.
Gave this guy money to fix my truck, never did, wouldn’t answer, two months later had to get it towed to an actual mechanic. 2500 wasted. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else
Did not show up as promised.
Had an appointment at 9:00AM. Never showed up or received any notifications. Tried to call but would not answer phone. Could not leave message because his messages were full. Finally answered text the next day, said he couldn't answer phone because he was driving. Said he did not show up because it was raining. Asked if he was going to do repair and he never responded.
Car Er provided great communication and quick service. I needed rear brakes for my vehicle, Car Er provided the brakes and came to my location, will definitely use this service again!
