Edit: Apparently they are hit and miss. We've been going here for a few years for oil changes and tires and as of early this year they have changed. Now I don't know if they hired someone who sucks at their job and they just don't know, or if they refuse to fire them. Earlier this year we got an oil change and the undercarriage fell off dragging under the car. We thought, ok not a big deal, we can fix that.
