Got my brakes and rotors changed. It was a clean job, hassle free, great commination throughout. I initially went there with a complaint about sounds coming from the rear when breaking. Their diagnosis was spot on and solved the issue. The pricing is also quite reasonable.
I just want to say how impressed I am with the customer service at Car Doc! I called several mechanics to see if they could get me in last minute and the receptionist was willing to accommodate me. There are people that make you feel at ease when you talk to them and there was no pressure or upsell. That is how i felt talking to Vik, straight to the point and he was able to explain and show me what the issue was. I am beyond impressed and would highly recommend .
