Horrible Horrible. Went to vaccume my van and turned on and vaccum did NOT work. Did not suction at all. Put it back and it charged my card 10.00 for that. It said 2.00 for 2 minutes and did not even do that. I tried contacting the number provide and they said "you can just have a free car wash". No I want my money back for what was fraud in taking my more than should and not even doing the work.

Was charged $15 on my credit card for a $5 wash. No way to contact manager. Avoid this place!!!!!

I don't like leaving negative reviews. The owner clearly doesn't care and puts zero effort into this place. No phone number posted anywhere to call for assistance. Their vacuum would reject a quarter, then take it the next time. Then ate 3 more. There was no coin return button. It then wouldn't accept dollar bills so I could make use of the $1.50 I had already put in there. The facility was generally unclean. Go to Wash Depot on the Bristol Hwy. I used my card in the self service car wash and it charged my card 15.00. I also inserted 3.25 in quarters so was just trying to make up the difference. Will not be using this car wash again!!!
