Car Craft is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and open to explaining every step of the process to getting my vehicle back to 100%. I worked with Marco and he was wonderful. He and one of the other staff members (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name!) helped coordinate with my insurance company while keeping me informed of all of my repair options. There was a great feeling of transparency and integrity. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great body work and great service!
Marco did an amazing job on our van after I got into some pretty significant damage, and kept it at an affordable price unlike many corporate auto body shops. They go out of their way to understand your needs and figure out the best solution for your vehicle, and are absolute gems of humans to do business with. I will be highly recommending Car Craft Collision Specialists to anybody who needs auto body repair.
I cannot rave about this place enough. Marco and the entire team were a pleasure to work with. After a terrible hit and run situation, Marco was able to fix my car in the most cost efficient way he could. It was a very quality fix and they worked with very difficult fixes that other places have had trouble with. I feel so safe in the car now and well taken care of. Please go with them!
This is honestly the place to go in the Bay Area. I honestly would give them 10/10 if it was possible. They are so onto of everything and are there for you and your car.
