After one month of trying to get an estimate we gave up. After the first two weeks they said the guy doing the estimates was on vacation. I asked them to send the pictures to one of their other shops still no answer. Customer service is the worst.
I brought my car in after hitting a curb and was going to be driving across the country the next day. They immediately inspected it and told me what was wrong, but knowing that I had to leave and that the financial implication was going to be pretty overwhelming at the time, they were completely honest about what I could fix temporarily to get home.
