I have never had to work with an insurance company regarding a car settlement. We actually did not think we would get any money on an older Rav 4 with extensive hail damage .We called Al for guidance and he said to file a claim which we did. The company came up with a low settlement. We told Al and he worked his magic. We ended up getting nearly twice the original settlement offer.
