Went down to car city to help my cousin purchase her first car, from the start Stef had a really great attitude, with a sense of humor and a willingness to do what he could to assist with the budget we had. Out of the dozens of salesmen there he was the only one who seemed to genuinely care about more than just taking our money. Met with the owner Duncan who was equally as easy going and great to chat with. Managed to get a great deal and a beautiful car for my cousin and an awsome experience along side it. Thank you boys!
Whilst I did not buy from These guys, Stef was amazing to Deal with and Duncan was also a Great negotiator. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. Would recommend at least giving them a go
Untrustworthy and rude. Avoid this business if you value your money and respect.
Rudest most disgusting customer service from anyone I’ve ever experienced. Went in to buy a car but instead was insulted, spoken down to like a child by the owner. I’m grown I don’t need to be spoken to in any manner by a narcissist. I pity the salesman who was actually lovely. As for management? Unwelcoming…. Vincent Price could take lessons.
