Rudest most disgusting customer service from anyone I’ve ever experienced. Went in to buy a car but instead was insulted, spoken down to like a child by the owner. I’m grown I don’t need to be spoken to in any manner by a narcissist. I pity the salesman who was actually lovely. As for management? Unwelcoming…. Vincent Price could take lessons.
do not recommend buying a car from this place, was taken advantage of as my partner and I are young and got suggested two cars well known for their unreliability being told false information. If it wasn't for talking to my dad we would've been stuck with a car that is known for breaking down and transmission issues. thank god for the cool off period, they also took their time giving my money back and very rude on the phone.
Never again. Will I buy a car or nor do I recommend someone to buy a car from here. Took $20000 from me and sold me. A car and falsely made a roadworthy Certificate and sold me a car with major Transmission problems had no idea how to demonstrate or show me any of the features in the car when purchasing, taken back multiple threatened by one of the owners as they are, too that he is a excellent and will easily take me out.problems.
