I bought my son his first car here. It's an older vehicle but you can see the attention to detail that they put into it before reselling. Rami is such a kind and patient sales person, letting us really take our time driving, inspecting, and giving us a chance to discuss it before deciding! This is not a high pressure environment and a breath of fresh air! She offered really great advice, sharing her experience and knowledge through the process! I highly recommend Car Connection for a used car purchase!!
At first I would have given 5 stars , but now no it’s August my husband Salvador bought a bmw in April , 2 of those 4 months the car has not been driven due to mechanical issues first it started misfiring had that fixed 2 days later dashboard says transmission malfunction car won’t drive now . And I had my doubts from the second day of having the car I called them told them it was driving weird and they told me to bring it back and they would look over it and they said everything looked fine ! I just bought a 05 KIA sorento. Harry was very honest about the vehicle report and that it was a salvage title and the reason why. The engine and inside are in excellent condition and it drives very well. The buying process was made simple and pleasant and most importantly fast! Any questions I had Harry answered.
