Avoid this company please. I had a really bad experience with these, they had my van for 5 months in what was a joint farce between them and Admiral Insurance, for a repair that should have only taken a couple of weeks. They take forever to answer the phone, and every step was just excuse after excuse. At one point, I went to collect some belongings from my van, only to find the bonnet open, the driver’s window left down, and my seat soaked with rainwater. I can't get thru to get my car back!!!
Easier to get through to my GP. Paint job… no idea. Can’t get my vehicle back. Overstretched overworked customer service can’t cope. No return calls. Use someone else even if your insurance insist on it. They must make money from loan vehicles. I’ve been ages already for a 2 day repair
