Our Whirlpool dryer had no heat on Friday. We called the warranty service and they couldn't come out till the end of next week and we had loads of dirty laundry and there was no way we could wait until then. This company was the first to come up in my search online and I first thought they only do commercial appliances. But then I found out they do work on residential appliances as well. Outstanding, quick and courteous! I was very pleased. My LG washing machine broke suddenly and the tech showed up on time and took care of it immediately with parts in hand. Highly recommended.
Same day service!! Tech quickly diagnosed the LG refrigerator and after my approval, replaced the faulty part which he had in his van and the refrigerator was back to its original state. Highly recommended!
Chicagoland was the only company that could send a tech on a Sunday. My LG fridge went south and they were the only company to help me with my refrigerator and save all my food from spoiling. The tech was thorough, honest, and extremely accommodating. I could see years of experience in the way he handled the job. It's nice to have a company that take pride in what they do. Thanks for being there for me when nobody else could come. Really appreciate it.
Tech is a pro. I guess experience pays. He was also honest considerate. Our prep table at our restaurant near Chicago Midway airport stopped working suddenly and we could not do anything. We needed someone to come out immediately and he did. He came and fixed it for us in no time. Thank you very much.
