Car was brought in due to hit and run accident. When I first had the car towed to the shop, I talked to Erin who worked at the front desk and told him that the wheel was cracked and the tire rod was snapped which both needed replacement. I was then told I should pay for the diagnostic to check if anything else was wrong with the car or if it was just those two parts that needed replacement. Aaron is a gentleman. Honest, upfront and fourth coming. Aaron is a perfect representative for Car Code as a whole. They've had many opportunities to take advantage of me and charge me for services i don't need and they've done the exact opposite!!! I've taken my car in and asked for several services and they'd let me know that one or two of the services i requested was not necessary or wasn't needed right now. I trust this shop with my life. I purchased a car from a customer of theirs, brake went out. Not only did they fix it, they fixed other issues that I had not noticed. They were informative and had clear explanations. The biggest thing on top of that is honesty and efficiency.
