We dealt with Maxim for communications and he is amazing, really enjoyed that he spoke french with us. If it was for Maxim alone it would be a 5 stars. Overall we got a good car/suv but I must warn people that do deal with Kyle for the finance part of it. Before you buy make sure they are doing the finance part right and that there is no mistake on the papers or calculations and do not be afraid to tell them if the price is too high or hey that's not what we discussed I'm not comfortable with that. Purchased our 5th vehicle from the car club but the first time at this branch in Bells Corners! Iheb Kyle and Rob (who we have dealt with every time) were amazing as always. We keep coming back to the car club because of the seamless process amazing customer service and the huge amount of inventory to choose from. This time Iheb set us up with a Toyota a Mazda and a GMC and allowed us to take our time and decide he also took the time to answer all our questions and comparisons on the vehicles!
