Amazing service center!
I normally don't give 5 star reviews unless someone goes above and beyond what they are paid to do. I bought a Wrangler from them in Feb and it had a broken part. I was told then that a replacement part was ordered. Months go by the part had never been ordered. I spoke with several different people about it and nothing happened, I think they hoped that I would just forget about it. Finally, in talking to the service department and more specifically Amanda, she tried to find the part. She kept me up to date on how the search ... read more
