Great car dealer! The team was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole buying process easy and stress-free. They answered all my questions, explained features clearly, and guided me every step of the way. I’m thrilled with my new car and the excellent service I received!
Wouldn’t recommend they won’t respond to emails, no transparency, will ask you to pay for a part that’s covered under warranty. won’t email back the info for the warranty company… If I do not receive written authorization or a response within 48 hours, I will file formal complaints with the Kansas Attorney General, Kansas Dealer Licensing, and the Better Business Burea
Update: 2/2/2026 It has been 3 years without any major problems. However right at the 3 year mark after 30K addition miles, engine had a coolant leak problem which required replacing the engine from Lincoln Dealership at a cost of $11500. To make it worse the Smart Auto Care extended warranty they sold with the car, with a Total Exclusionary coverage, did NOT cover this powertrain problem.
